Dear Valuehost member! Please read this page carefully for easy and trouble-free move to Valuehost 2.0 on the 1st December. Valuehost 2.0 is amazing Web 3.0 services web-platform for all web-developers. On the 1st December your account will be moved to Valuehost 2.0 platform. "Your Account" means your Login Name only. Your Web Site, domains and (or) email accounts will not be affected. We do deeply apologise for the delay caused by many of our customers need more time to get the invitation code. You will have to register and get your new Login Name at our web site after November the 1st. Your sites and (or) domain names and FTP Login Names, Email accounts will not be affected. Your Control Panel Login Name is affected only by this update. Your will have to choose your New Login Name on our web site after 01-12-2007 simply by following the "Registration" link on the new web site. Your New Valuehost 2.0 Login Name will be different from your FTP Login Names. Your New Login Name will be visible to all other members at the Valuehost 2.0 social web-platform and your new Login Name will be your personal ID on our Web 3.0 social platform for all new web-services. Valuehost 2.0 Registration pages will ask you for your Personal Invitation Code after 01/12/2007. Valuehost 2.0 opens to public but anyone who wants to register before 2008 will be asked for the Invitation Code. After 1 January'08 the registration opens to everyone without the Invitation Code. The Invitation Code may be sent to active members now and to your friends after December the 1st. FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions Q: What about my site? A: Your site will not be affected. All customers sites will be online all day. Q: FTP login or password changes as well? A: No, just the control panel login will be changed. Q: I have asked for the Invitation Code but never received it. What to do next? A: Double check your email box within 24 hours, if there is still no code, see that there is correct email address we keep in the control panel then re-send the code. If there is no code again try to change your e-mail address and re-send the code to another address. Q: I have two or more Valuehost accounts. How many Invitation Codes do I need? A: Just one. All your old Valuehost accounts will be joined by your new Valuehost 2.0 Login Name. Q: Why do I need to change my Login Name? A: You need to change just the Control Panel Login Name by registering online after 01-12-2007. Your new Login Name will be visible to general public and it is your personal ID on our social platform. Your FTP Login Name is not changed and must be kept private. Q: What is "social platform"? A: Social platform means web-services where you can communicate with all other members and Internet users. example of "social platform" is the Internet forums where you can chat, blog or read other posts. Q: How to import my domain names, virtual servers and email accounts to Valuehost 2.0? A: You will be asked for your personal Invitation Code at the registration after 01-12-2007. When you enter the Invitation Code our systems will import all your accounts data automatically. Q: Do I need to re-upload my pages to FTP? A: No, your pages and files are not affected by this update. |
